Sarah Glitzer, Owner
Owner and founder of Spotlight Consulting, Sarah McClary Glitzer is honored to be the 3rd woman in history to win both Miss Indiana USA (2001) and Miss Indiana Teen USA (1995). She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, which led to her work with MTV News in Los Angeles. Sarah has experience as a professional model in TV commercials, print media, and runway events, and worked in corporate America for over eight years as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the healthcare industry. She now does what she loves, helping young women prepare for and find success in pageants, school, sports, careers, and life.
Sarah is also the Communications Writer for Pageantry Magazine, an industry-leading publication covering national and international pageants for over 30 years.

Kristie is a former Miss Kentucky America and Miss Kentucky Teen USA, placing First Runner-Up to Miss Teen USA. She has a degree in Theatre and Radio-Television from Morehead State University and is a member of The Screen Actors Guild. Kristie has performed in independent films, national and regional commercials, stage productions, and has done extensive voice-over work. She has a Billboard Magazine Award for her work in morning radio and has recently completed her first feature-length screenplay. She is currently a regional makeup artist for Lancome USA, Christian Dior, and Bobbi Brown.

Miss Kentucky USA 2009 and Fourth Runner-Up at Miss USA, Maria Montgomery is an active professional model for Ford Models in Chicago, Advantage Models in Nashville, and Tony Bowls. She is currently studying to become a Speech Pathologist at Eastern Kentucky University.
