Spotlight Consulting was founded in 2001 when Sarah McClary Glitzer recognized the need in the pageant industry for passionate, dedicated, and qualified coaches to help young women prepare for and successfully compete in pageants, and also develop the self-awareness, self-confidence, and skills that will serve them well in school, their careers, and in life.

Spotlight Consulting works with clients at all levels of pageantry, all across the country. Locally, Spotlight Consulting is an official sponsor for Miss Indiana USA and Miss Kentucky USA. Nationally, we are an official sponsor for the Miss Motor Speedway pageant.
